It seems inevitable that robots and A.I. will one day take over the world. It seems some folks are trying to already prepare for when that day comes.
According to a survey conducted by Talker Research, two out of five people say that being rude to A.I. will eventually backfire on us the day of the eventual robot takeover.
Per SWNS Digital, 44% of Americans say they’re polite to A.I., including Siri and Alexa devices, saying things like “please,” “thank you,” and “hello.” 25% said they’re more “to the point” with their devices but aren’t rude about it.
Only 7% of respondents said they are “mean” to their A.I. or swear to them.
It seems that younger generations are more polite to A.I. than older ones, as well. 56% of Gen Z’ers are polite to A.I., compared to 39% of Boomers.
