Emmet Ó’Feargháil – trading director, Core Exchange 

After completing an MSc in Advertising at TUD in 2012, Emmet Ó’Feargháil began his career as a media intern with MediaVest, now Spark Foundry. A

fter a number of years working on clients such as Electric Ireland, HSE and the RSA, Ó’Feargháil moved into a digital role with the agency leading digital planning and buying for Aviva, Three and Aer Lingus. 

In 2017, he played an integral role in transitioning Core’s digital media buying from individual agency teams into one centralised investment team, including managing the negotiating of rates and evaluating partnerships. 

He was appointed trading director in 2020 where he has responsibility for the day-to-day output of Core’s trading team, the largest buyers of press, radio and OOH in the Irish market.
