Whats Driving You Crazy? A full closure of southbound I-15 tonight [Video]

LAS VEGAS ( KLAS ) – After Sunday night’s closure of north-bound I-15 from Russell Rd to Tropicana, tonight it’s the other way around.

The Nevada Dept of Transportation’s “I-15 Tropicana” project will be closing the south-bound lanes of the freeway between Flamingo and Russell from 9 tonight and scheduled to run until 5 tomorrow morning.

Follow the posted detours, and expect delays.

The closures are a real sign of progress on the project: crews are pouring concrete for the wider Tropicana over the freeway.

Both of these closures are scheduled to be repeated in a couple of weeks.
