About this video
Description
As we wrap up our 2022 So(cial) Good Design Awards program, the final webinar in our series about design and social good will focus on the topic of reconciliation.
Briteweb’s Managing Director Rachel Segal will present an overview of the creative agency’s 2022–2023 Reconciliation Action Plan, outlining commitments to being a more inclusive organization and building relationships founded on trust with Indigenous communities across Turtle Island. Principal Creative Director Jay Wall will speak with Anishinaabekwe design collaborator Mariah Meawasige about the story behind the visuals in the Reconciliation Action Plan.
Briteweb is sharing this with the design community with the intention of informing and offering guidance to others committed to taking the next steps in their own paths toward ongoing reconciliation within an organization. This includes examples of culturally-sensitive and inclusive approaches to a collaborative design process.
