Sean “Diddy” Combs is ready to step up to the mic.
The music mogul, who remains in federal custody after a judge denied his $50 million bail proposal, intends to testify during his upcoming trial, according to his attorney Marc Agnifilo.
“I don’t know that I could keep him off the stand,” Agnifilo said in a Sept. 26 preview clip from the TMZ documentary The Downfall of Diddy: The Indictment. “I think he is very eager to tell his story.”
Agnifilo also believes the 54-year-old—who has pleaded not guilty to charges of sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation to engage in prostitution—will address the 2016 security footage of him appearing to assault his now-ex Cassie Ventura in a hotel, which was published by CNN in May.
“I think he will tell every part of his story,” the attorney continued, “including what you see on the video.”
