AI is the focus of Edutech Conference | News [Video]

ROCHESTER, Minn. – Google, Mayo Clinic and colleges around the area gathered at the Empire Event Center to learn how AI intersects with education and business.  

Winona State University President Kenneth Janz was present alongside other college presidents for a technology panel. He says they use AI to help create personalized learning experiences and data science students using Microsoft Co-Pilot to crunch numbers. 

Janz says in the future they plan to use AI for student recruitment by having chatbots help guide students on what major they should choose. In today’s day and age he says students prefer having a tailor-made learning experience.
