FLORENCE, Ala. — Creativity is paramount when it comes to keeping the attention of the smallest bunch. We’re about to meet a Pre-K teacher with a hands-on approach to teaching the littles!

Pre-K is where Brittany Greene finds her passion. “I absolutely love early childhood. This age they’re beginning their education.”

Greene says during this time is when the students’ light bulbs light up. She’s been teaching Pre-K for five years and found out,  “They still love you.”

Greene says her love for school goes back when she was in school. “I knew this was my calling. I knew that that’s what I wanted to do.”

Now that she’s a teacher, she says her kids have a lot to learn. “For early childhood pre-K, we were very hands on and we just learned five senses.”
