Dr. Hope Johnson is conducting research on food politics and regulation to tackle public health, sustainability, and ethical concerns related to food production and marketing.
Dr. Johnson’s research focuses on regulating food systems to address challenges such as climate change, biodiversity loss, and public health issues. The goal of this work is to generate new insights and provide practical recommendations for regulators and stakeholders, especially in reconciling differing perspectives on the future of meat and developing new alternatives to meat and dairy.
