Wipro chief Srini Pallia, during the company’s Q2 FY 2025 earnings call, revealed that the Indian IT company has won two large deals in the quarter. He mentioned that the second deal is with a software technology company that has selected Wipro to support its product development and IT operations end-to-end.
“This is a total outsourcing deal, where Wipro will consolidate vendors, take over engineering, applications, infrastructure, and operations for this client. Additionally, we will implement GenAI powered solutions to solve their business challenges and deliver operational efficiencies,” said Pallia.
Pallia further emphasised that he believes all Wipro employees should adopt an AI-first mindset, have the right skill set, and use the right tool set in their work for all clients.
