Chartered Accountants Ireland (CAI) has been recognised at the UiPath AI25 Awards for its use of robotic process automation to improve the student enrolment experience.
The awards recognise organisations using AI and automation to increase productivity; transform customer experiences; deliver substantial return on investment; and support corporate, environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives.
CAI processes enrolment and exemption applications from over 2,000 students seeking to commence the ACA programme to become chartered accountants each year.
The institute’s automation solution has significantly reduced the processing time of applications from weeks at peak times to only hours.
The automation ensures that exemption approvals reach candidate students and their training firms more quickly than ever.
