If you’ve paid any attention to the news at all in the past eight years, you’ve probably heard of former Republican congressman Matt Gaetz. Which means you’ve probably heard of the allegations of sexual misconduct against Matt Gaetz, which include paying and sleeping with a minor, showing fellow lawmakers nude pictures of women he’d had sex with, and general online misogyny. He has been under House Ethics Committee investigations as well as a Justice Department investigation into the claims, and until November 21, he was Donald Trump’s nominee for attorney general.
