AI degree approved at NC A&T [Video]

GREENSBORO, N.C. — Artificial Intelligence is the future and NC A&T is leading the way. 

The University of North Carolina System Board of Governors has approved a new bachelor’s degree in artificial intelligence (AI) at NC A&T. This is marks it as the first standalone AI degree in the state and one of only a few in the nation. 

While other universities in North Carolina may offer AI-focused tracks within computer science, A&T’s program stands out as a dedicated degree, underscoring the university’s commitment to innovation and addressing workforce demands.
