Police looking for person targeting local cats with blow darts | CrimeWatch [Video]

JOSEPHINE COUNTY, Ore. — The Josephine County Sheriff’s Office is looking for someone who is using blow darts to hurt local cats. 

“[The individual has been] using blow darts to target cats at local parks,” JCSO said in a Facebook post.
