QS Reimagine Education Award 2024 – Gold Award (Omnichannel -Smart Campus) & Global Education Award

The project features the development of an innovative educational chatbot, Virtual Assistant TIMS (VAT), which learns from teachers’ course materials and teaching styles. VAT operates through WhatsApp (as a carrier) to provide a 24/7 one-on-one personalized virtual tutor to the students of that course. The platform fully demonstrates a ubiquitous learning environment, and members of the grand jury highly applauded such accessibility and practicality as a model that could fit with the conditions of different regions.
