“I am thrilled to nominate Joshua Tibbs for the Teacher of the Month award. Josh is more than just a finance teacher; he’s a dynamic educator who brings his subject to life with infectious enthusiasm and a genuine passion for his students’ success.

Beyond his role as a finance teacher, Josh has been instrumental in growing the girls’ wrestling program at our school, leading one of his students to become a state champion. He also serves as the DECA club advisor, mentoring students and preparing them for business competitions.

Josh’s ability to connect with students on a personal level is truly remarkable. He creates a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and exploring new ideas. His passion for teaching and dedication to his students are evident in the positive impact he has made on their lives.
