Starmer unveils plans to cut NHS waiting times [Video]

Sir Keir Starmer has set out his plans to reform the NHS and slash waiting times, with an upgraded NHS app, more diagnostic centres in communities, enhanced AI diagnostic tools and a new agreement between the NHS and private healthcare.

The prime minister says the partnership will “deliver our plan for change”.
