CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) – An eastern Iowa TikTok creator says the Court decision to ban TikTok is disappointing. Prairie Patch Farm has been making content on the app for nearly 5 years.
“I think it has changed over the years and how it services small business creators and entrepreneurs,” said farm owner Kahle Atherton.
They say it’s now difficult for them to think they may need to stop making content on the app.
“Banning something like this does not help us grow, and it does not help us continue to be creative, to reach more people, to have unique offerings, and to really provide opportunities on what a lot of us can be on this earth to do as humans,” said Atherton. “It has helped my revenue in the fact that it has driven customers to my farm.
