About the Interviewer
Nicola-Jane Gregory, founder of 3CFT Limited, has nearly 30 years of experience in psychology, supporting TCKs, Cross-Culture Kids (CCKs), and expats around the world. With a rich global perspective and academic expertise—including master’s degrees in Applied Psychology Research (University of Liverpool) and the Psychology and Neuroscience of Mental Health (King’s College London)—Nicola-Jane specializes in addressing the unique challenges faced by TCKs. She is also working on a TCK Trilogy to share her knowledge, so stay tuned for updates!

Maika Pedersen joined ANA as a Summer Intern after graduating with distinction in Neuroscience and Psychology from King’s College London. A creative thinker with a keen interest in emerging technologies, Maika is passionate about the intersection of neuroscience and innovation. She explores how neurotech, neuromarketing, deep-tech, and AI can drive impactful advancements, particularly in healthcare.
