Opposition Leader Peter Dutton thinks the LNP’s Queensland election victory will be replicated by the Coalition federally, as he praises incoming premier David Crisafulli and slams outgoing premier Steven Miles and Prime Minister Anthony Albanese in his appraisal of the result.
“The lessons are that if you treat people with contempt if you run up a huge debt, you mismanage the economy, you create a cost-of-living crisis, you can expect the electorate to punish and that is exactly what happened in Queensland,” Dutton said.
