On Sunday at 4:06 a.m. a beach hazards statement was issued by the National Weather Service in effect until Monday at 2 a.m. for Cayuga and Oswego counties.
The weather service says, “Strong currents and dangerous swimming conditions.”
“Strong currents and dangerous swimming conditions,” explains the weather service. “Stay out of the water to avoid dangerous swimming conditions.”
