Playing into the popularity of real estate shows, Rightmove’s latest campaign, “Selling Sunderland,” brings a dose of humour to property hunting. Created by Smarts PR agency, the campaign stars Sunderland native Charlotte Crosby, who swaps her LA aspirations for the charms of her northern hometown.
The parody video highlights Sunderland’s appeal, showcasing a selection of properties available on Rightmove and despite the absence of LA’s perpetual sunshine, Crosby injects her infectious enthusiasm into the campaign.
