Diddy’s sex trafficking case gets a trial date.
According to reporter Cathy Russon, the case is set to go to trial in May of 2025.
Diddy was taken into federal custody in New York. According to TMZ, Homeland Security found Diddy at a Midtown hotel on late Monday evening. He was arrested him for racketeering, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution. All of Diddy’s attempts at bail were denied.
Diddy’s mother spoke out in defense of her son. According to Fort Lauderdale-based Attorney Natalie G. Figgers, Combs said:
“I come to you today as a mother that is devastated and profoundly saddened by the allegations made against my son, Sean Combs. It is heartbreaking to see my son judged not for the truth, but for a narrative created out of lies. To bear witness what seems to be like a public lynching of my son before he has had the opportunity to prove his innocence is a pain …
