Downs Law Firm Cheerleader Challenge: Caldwell Parish High School [Video]

CALDWELL PARISH, La. (KNOE) – In this week’s segment of the Downs Law Firm Cheerleader Challenge, LaShanda McCuin takes us to Caldwell Parish High School!

The Caldwell Parish cheerleaders are showing off their school spirit by decorating the school‘s hallways in preparation for Friday night football.

LaShanda interviewed two senior cheerleaders, Anna-Kate and Ava.

Anna-Kate says they put so much work into the decorations, that some of the teammates even put their own hard-earned money towards everything.

“I love this cheer team,” says Anna-Kate. “We‘re all so bonded. We‘re not mean. A lot of times, cheerleaders are perceived to be such mean girls, but we‘re all so bonded. I mean, we spent time outside of school and practice getting to know each other, having sleepovers, and we’re all just very connected.”
