ARS gives appointed representatives access to information for claimants with cases pending at the initial, reconsideration, hearings, and appeals levels.

Appointed representatives help people navigate the disability benefits process – from filing an initial application to appeals. With these enhancements to the ARS tool, our goal is to save representatives time and reduce the number of calls to the agency they may need to make. We continue to work on additional ways to improve the customer experience for representatives and claimants.
