Fox Host Blasts Republicans Threatening Speaker Mike Johnson [Video]

Fox News’ Emily Compagno blasted the Republicans threatening to strip Speaker of the House Mike Johnson (R-LA) of his gavel on Friday, reminding them that the country is “depending” on them to “get to work.”

“I think it lacks strategy and also substance, frankly. And that’s my whole issue with this,” submitted Compagno while discussing those who might vote against Johnson in Friday’s speakership vote.

“And that’s my whole issue with this. And we’ve been talking about it all morning, that the purpose is to legislate and you cannot get anything done without this pregame ritual.
