Karthik Narain has officially assumed the role of Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Accenture, effective September 1, 2024. The appointment follows the retirement of Paul Daugherty, who spent nearly 40 years with the company, shaping its technological direction.
Narain will continue his responsibilities as Group Chief Executive – Technology, where he has been leading technology strategy and operations. In a LinkedIn post, Narain expressed his gratitude to Daugherty, saying, “I’d like to extend my gratitude and best wishes to a brilliant tech visionary and storyteller, Paul Daugherty, who is retiring from the CTO role.
