Leo Macias, who led marketing for Amazon Prime Video & Studios and Snap Inc., observed the marketing industry pivot away from traditional advertising and toward engaging storytelling during his 33-year career.
It’s why he launched Noad Creative, a “no ad” creative agency in July. Based in L.A., Noad Creative has recruited 50 industry creatives from Macias’ professional orbit to design advertising campaigns for three brands in Colombia, two brands in Brazil, one brand in Belgium and one brand in Spain.
“We have perspectives from different cultures,” said Macias, who works as Noad Creative’s chief creative officer. “And I am not limited to the same media most advertising agencies use to work.”
