Amira Boland was the first head of customer experience for the Office of Management and Budget, and a driving force behind the 2021 executive order calling on all agencies to improve their services to the public. She’s also a finalist in this year’s Service to America Medals program. Boland joined the Federal Drive with Thomas Temin to discuss.
