‘My thing looked weird… I felt absurd pain’ – Ex-UFC star rushed to hospital after fracturing penis [Video]

EX-UFC star Mateus Mendonca was rushed to hospital after fracturing his penis in training.

The injury occurred during a grappling session and is due to keep Mendonca out for two months.

He told MMAFighting: “I was training with [a team-mate], and he landed his knee on my penis, and I felt an absurd pain and went to the bathroom.

“I was in Sao Paulo the other day, and my thing looked weird, it looked different, it has a lump.

“My girl told me to go to the hospital and they did an ultrasound exam, and told me to go to a different hospital right away for an emergency surgery.”

Mendonca is now auctioning off his old UFC gear to raise money while his injury rules him out of fighting and coaching.
