Louisiana businesses are looking to cash in on Taylormania taking over New Orleans. As the Eras tour kicks off in the Caesar’s Superdome Friday night for a three-night stay, tens of thousands of Swifties are heading into town expected to spend big. According to tourism leaders, each visitor is set to spend $1300 a piece on lodging, food and merchandise, and many local stores say they’re ready for it all. “We’re so excited. It’s like something we’ve never seen before,” said Laurel Haydel with Fleurty Girl.
