New private sector law impacts many Cubans [Video]

The Cuban government has passed new regulations to update the performance of the private sector. The move comes nearly three years after the government approved micro-, small- and medium-sized enterprises to operate in the country.  According to government data, the private sector has registered more than 11,000 companies. Luis Chirino reports.
