Nick Mulholland has been appointed CFO of DMG Media, replacing Neil Wood who has left the Daily Mail parent to pursue other opportunities.
Mulholland will be succeeded as the financial director of Daily Mail and General Trust (DMGT), the ultimate owner of the Mail, by Nick Ratcliffe, who has spent a decade as CFO of DMG Events.
Mulholland said: “I am proud to be joining DMG Media at such an exciting moment in the evolution of the news media industry.
“I look forward to working with our brilliant editorial, commercial, technology and product teams to seize the opportunities that lie ahead.”
DMG Media has recently made changes to its leadership and operating structures in order to accelerate digital transformation and product innovation.
