The popular note-taking app, Notion, has introduced its own Mail app, launching early next year.
The app, showcased at the recent Make with Notion conference, promises a fresh take on email, leveraging AI to streamline workflows and seamlessly integrate with Notion’s productivity suite.
Notion Mail, currently in preview, bears a striking resemblance to a traditional email client like Google’s Gmail. However, it goes beyond the basics, offering a customizable inbox and AI-powered features.
Drawing inspiration from its acquisition of the privacy-focused email service Skiff, Notion’s Mail app aims to simplify the inbox experience.
Notion AI will be at the heart of the experience, offering features like automated email organization, archiving, and composition.
Users can even schedule meetings directly from their inbox, thanks to integration with the Notion Calendar app. Additionally, “one-click snippets” will enable rapid creation of personalized messages.
