Pick a candle using just your nose or make your own at new Boston boutique [Video]

A new candle store where customers solely rely on their noses to pick their favorite scent is officially opening in Boston this week.

Candlefish, a candle store known for its immersive “100 Candle Library“ of nameless scents, will officially open its second location at 110 Newbury St. on Friday, July 26.

“We chose Boston for our new Candlefish store because of its rich history, vibrant culture, and thriving art scene. Boston’s dynamic community aligns with our brand’s commitment to offering unique candles and memorable experiences,” Chelsea Swango, marketing lead at Candlefish said. “We’re excited to be a part of this incredible city!”

The store’s library houses 100 candles without traditional fragrance notes or labels, encouraging customers to find their preferred fragrance through the first sniff.
