CHICAGO (WBBM NEWSRADIO) — Women will gather in Logan Square this weekend for an immersive experience designed to let them express their anger.
“RAGEher is a movement embodiment experience for women to express anger and be in their bodies,” said Kristina McMenamin. “It’s really to turn our in-rage into outrage.”
McMenamin said while many women experience female rage, not all of them are comfortable expressing it. That’s why she created RAGEher.
“How can we get the experience of having women feel that anger pulsing through our bodies in a way that is more accessible to more women?” McMenamin said.
She said RAGEher is for women who feel like they might have a bit of anger trapped inside.
