German E-bike company Urtopia is set to showcase its latest advancements in cycling technology at this year’s Consumer Electronics Show 2025 (CES 2025). This will include products like the Quark motor and Titanium Zero and artificial intelligence (AI) enabled cycling technology.

The Quark DM 1.2 is widely recognized as the world’s lightest yet powerful e-bike motor. Small enough to fit in a pocket, the Quark weighs just over 2.6 pounds (1,200 grams), offering what Urtopia describes as “a powerful yet efficient solution for riders seeking both performance and portability.”

The motor provides no less than 48 ft-lb (65 Nm) of torque and has a self-developed high-precision torque sensor for seamless riding. It also features dynamic magnetic encoding for ultra-high sensitivity.

The motor also features high-performance hollow cranksets that are compatible with most other bicycles.
