Sonic X Shadow Generations Deluxe Edition Is Out Now, Physical Preorders Include Collectible Book [Video]

Sonic X Shadow Generations’s Digital Deluxe Edition launched today, October 22. PC players can snag a Steam key for $52.19, down from $60, at Fanatical to start playing now. The standard edition, however, doesn’t release until this Friday, October 25, on PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, and PC. The $50 physical version comes with a cool collectible, and all preorders include a classic skin. Fanatical is also offering a preorder discount on the standard edition for PC.

The new game features a remastered edition of Sonic Generations, which was originally released on Xbox 360 and PS3 back in 2011, plus an all-new story campaign featuring Shadow the Hedgehog. To read more about both, check out GameSpot’s Sonic X Shadow Generations review.
