Terrain360 will go on week long journey to capture 360 pictures of the Ohio River [Video]

PARKERSBURG, W.Va. (WTAP) – Starting October 10 Terrain360 will partner with National Park Services and Lewis and Clark National Historic Trail to embark on a journey that will capture the Ohio River from Pittsburgh to Ashland, KY.

The Ohio River, celebrated for its history throughout the Mid-Ohio Valley and vital role in American commerce, will be meticulously documented along this stretch of the Ohio River.

They will use 360° imaging that will allow anyone in the world an immersive experience.

“The Ohio in a lot of cases folks think it’s a lot of shipping traffic, it’s dirty but we’re going at a time of year we think it is absolutely beautiful. What if you’re disabled and can’t get out you can actually explore it,” said Owner Ryan Abrahamsen.

The trip will last From October 10-14 and Abrahamsen expects it to be accessible three weeks after the trip ends.
