Texas man accused of using AI to create child porn, sexually assaulting child [Video]

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Texas — A Montgomery County man is facing felony charges after authorities said he was caught with AI-produced child porn and additional evidence of sexual assault of a child.

Marthaniel Jermaine Dunning, 29, is charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child and possession of child pornography, both first-degree felonies.

“Protecting the children of east Montgomery County remains a top priority for our office. This case shows the importance of bringing those who harm children to justice. I commend our detectives and our law enforcement partners for their dedication to ensuring the safety of our community’s most vulnerable members,” Constable Kenneth “Rowdy” Hayden said.
