Rupinder’s work has evolved within the field of Data over the past 15 years, in Data Management, Business Intelligence, Advanced Analytics and most recently, AI and Machine Learning. She has worked with data across industries spanning financial services, software, telecommunications and now retail to champion the use of data to drive innovation. She is excited to be bringing that experience to her role as Chief Data Officer driving data innovation at HBC. Rupinder received her MBA at the University of Toronto where she also completed the Machine Learning stream of the Creative Destruction Lab, a global program championing the growth and scale of innovative startups. She also serves on the Advisory Board for the University of Toronto’s Master of Analytics program.
