Turning 40 [Video]

Turning 40 is a beginning of a new era!
As I am wiser
More resilient than ever
And physically stronger than I have ever been

The 30’s have been a roller coaster 😅
I got divorced twice
I was struggling mentally and financially most of the time
I changed my career 5 times

But I also gave birth to my son who shares the same birthday as me 🫶🏻❤
I got help from coaches, who changed my life for the better
I created my mental health podcast from a neuroscience perspective, which is listened to in 9 different time zones in the world 🫶🏻
I started my own company, Neuro Consulting, where I get to work with my daily purpose of changing lives through the use of neuroscience 🧠🙏🏽.

So yeah, I am so ready for this new era called the 40’s.
