FRANK WARREN is in a “very awkward situation”.
The Hall of Fame promoter watched on as Daniel Dubois knocked out Anthony Joshua in round five in front of a British-record 98,000 fans.
Among those in the historic number was Tyson Fury, who is now eyeing a fight with Dubois.
And the man in the middle? Their promoter Warren.
He said, via Boxing News: “I am going to tell you straight, I would be in a very, very awkward situation to do that.
“I’m not going to lie about that. I would struggle with that. If they wanted it and the business called for then that’s up to them.
“It’s not something I would push for. If there is an offer made that makes a lot of sense and they want to do it then that is up to them.
“We will see what happens. It’s not going to be my decision. It is up to the fighters.”
