UCD start-up Assiduous receives 500k to commercialise AI advisory engine [Video]

Assiduous Corp Ltd, a NovaUCD-based start-up in capital markets technology, has secured €500,000 to commercialise its AI native advisory engine over the next six months.

The company has received funding from Enterprise Ireland Pre-Seed Start Fund (PSSF) and Open Innovation Factory after being accepted onto its EIT Digital support programme for innovative early-stage ventures

Assiduous’s advisory engine or “corporate finance autopilot” is a software-as-a-service product designed to prepare small- and medium-sized companies for strategic, financing and liquidity transactions.

The company, which was founded by investment bankers Fergal Meegan and Barry Murphy, uses the latest AI methodologies in its proprietary workflows, and is presently testing with a small number of pilot customers.
