1. I chose a service that I could offer to small business owners. Remember — This can be general virtual assistance, Facebooks ads, Instagram Management, Bookkeeping, etc. use the skills you already have.
2. I charged $1600+ for a monthly package. For me, this looked like charging $40/hr for a 10 hr per week general admin package.
3. I got 4 clients in a month (that replaced a $75k annual salary)
4. Need more? You can learn higher end services or build an agency by subcontracting the work. Now your income is untapped.
